Mrs. Obama’s Let’s Move! campaign inspired myself and my co-creators of our program, Fit to Play & Learn. What I took most out of exploring Let’s Move! was that making healthier lifestyle choices about diet and integrating physical activity is not that difficult if you really make a commitment to change.
